Transferring to a New Doctor or RTL
Usually this request comes from patients who have changed physicians or clinics and want their embryos to be moved to their new physician/clinic or to RTL for long term storage. RTL’s protocol for completing these transfers requires transferring the specimens to RTL to confirm the inventory, check our QC measures, re-charge our tanks, and then transfer the specimens to their final destination. The client depositors must complete paperwork to execute both transfers.
