Russell C. Bierbaum, MST Russ, who co-founded ReproTech, Ltd in 1990, serves as the President of RTL and Director of the MN Office. Russ has more than 35 years of experience in the cryobanking industry beginning in the early 1970's with the world’s first commercial sperm bank and later serving for many years as its Technical Director. Russ has served as Chairperson of the Reproductive Council and was a member of the Board of Governors of the American Association of Tissue Banks. Russ has also been a member of many of their committees including Accreditation, Program, Finance and Public Relations. In his current role as Vice Chairperson of the AATB Reproductive Council, Russ has been active in drafting revisions to the AATB Standards to ensure compliance with FDA Regulations. Russ holds degrees from Minnesota State University, Mankato and the University of North Dakota. Prior to working in the cryobanking industry, he taught Physical Science and Chemistry in the MN public schools. An avid MN Gopher fan, he enjoys college football and basketball and spending time Up North fishing, reading, doing projects or just relaxing.

Rebecca J. Bierbaum, BS Becky, RTL co-founder in 1990, serves as the corporate Secretary Treasurer of ReproTech, as well as Assistant Director of the MN office. She has more than 23 years of experience in the cryobanking industry having served as the Associate Director of the world’s first commercial sperm bank for 20 years. With a BS Degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, her early career days were spent in the education field having taught elementary education at several MN schools. Besides cheering on the MN Gophers, Becky swims most days at the local Y and is a mystery reader and movie buff.

Kathleen M. McIntosh, BS Kathy has served as the Administrative Assistant for ReproTech since 1996. Her prior experience includes 15 years of Customer Service in the cryobanking industry, as well as teaching science to junior high students. Her special areas of expertise at ReproTech include administration, compliance documentation and management of RTL’s Donor Embryo Program. Kathy graduated from the University of MN. Kathy maintains interests in craft projects, hiking the trails of northern Minnesota, reading and working in her garden.

Jill M. Olson, BS Jill has been with ReproTech since 1999 serving as the Client Services Administrator. Some of her chief responsibilities include new account setup and coordinating the shipments of specimens to and from RTL. Jill earned her BS Degree from the University of MN and enjoys Rollerblading, reading and volunteering at her children's school.

Suzette C. Herr, BA Suzette joined ReproTech in 2005 in the Customer Service Department. She graduated with a B.A. Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Suzette has prior Customer Service experience in the financial and legal industries. Her area of expertise includes working with all aspects of new accounts, as well as special projects using her exceptional knowledge of many computer programs.
When Suzette has spare time she likes to work with pottery and cook fabulous meals for her family and friends.

J. Bruce Redmon, M.D. Since 1997, Dr. Redmon has served as ReproTech, Ltd.’s Medical Director. Dr. Redmon received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown College and his Medical Degree from Vanderbilt University. Dr. Redmon completed his Residency and his Fellowship program in Endocrinology and Metabolism at the Department of Medicine, University of Minnesota Medical School. Dr. Redmon has served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine, Division of Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism at the University of Minnesota and is currently serving as an Associate Professor, Department of Medicine and Urologic Surgery at the University of Minnesota. His current specialty certification is in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. He has numerous publications in his areas of specialty certification. Dr. Redmon is an active member of the American Association of Tissue Banks. In his spare time he enjoys playing tennis, bike riding and hiking.
